We provide security services

We provide physical and electronic security services for persons and their property; we convoy transportation of money and other valuables, we perform cash collection or bailment of other material valuables. We install and provide maintenance of security and fire alarm systems.

"History of our activity"

• Plc. ‘VP Sauga’ was established 5th June, 2000. At that time there were only 43 employees.
• On 29th October 2003, Plc. ‘VP Sauga’ was given a certificate which certified that the company successfully introduced quality management system that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2001.
• In 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010, Plc. ‘VP Sauga’ (in 2008, 2009 and 2010 under the name Plc. EUROCASH1) participated in the projects ‘Gazelė 2006’, ‘Gazelė 2007’, ‘Gazelė 2008’, ‘Gazelė 2009’ and ‘‘Gazelė 2010’, organized by ‘Verslo žinios’. For five years consecutively, the company was recognized as one of the most successfully operating and most rapidly developing companies in Lithuania. However, the best evaluation for us is the satisfied client. Thus we are happy, that the number of our clients is constantly increasing.
• Plc. ‘VP Sauga’ changed its name to Plc. EUROCASH1 on 16th August 2007.

We use innovative and modern equipment

All our employees have modern means of communication and equipment for security. We use modern cash collection system and surveillance equipment which receives various signals. We use new cars which are being changed every 2 years. All cars are equipped with high quality surveillance cameras which record the actions of the employees and the condition of the object under surveillance during the period of service providing.

We have third-party insurance and we posses all necessary certificates

Third-party insurance guarantees that if an incident happens, all losses will be covered by insurance. The amount of third-party insurance varies depending on the kind of service provided (cash collection, transportation of valuables, security) and depending on the value of the object.

We have all certificates that are needed to provide the security services: license ISO 9001:2008 which guarantees the quality of the service provided. Our employees participated in the trainings for security guards and they all passed the exams.

The quality of service is assured using quality system and constant control

Our service quality system conforms to and is certificated in accordance with the standard ISO 9001:2008. Security guards providing the services perform their duties in accordance with the instructions, on which we agree with the client for each object separately. Implementation of the regulations of the instructions is controlled by the regional head of security, who is assigned for each object separately. The control of security guards is implemented constantly. Service quality control is implemented using special professional electronic means. With the help of electronic systems, the actual place of each security guard and their movement is monitored on the central surveillance panel. If there is a need, security guard has a possibility to call for help by using a perambulation control system.

We thoroughly select the employees

Now we have more that 500 responsible and professional employees. We take care that the services provided by our employees are qualitative. We guarantee that our employees satisfy the main requirements: they have adequate education, experience, they took preliminary courses, they have irreproachable reputation and they attended the trainings.

Financial indicators

The turnover for the year 2006 was up to 10 million LTL; for the year 2007 it was 12 million LTL, and in 2009 the turnover was more than 17 million LTL.
